Auckland Round The Bays

Melanoma New Zealand is thrilled to have been named as the Official Charity Partner for the iconic Kiwi fun run, Auckland Round the Bays.

The event will be held on Sunday, 5 March 2023, and participants can either take part on the day in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland on the 8.4km course or virtually from wherever they are in the country or world – via the Round the Bays Virtual fun run app! Virtual FAQs — Auckland Round the Bays

As a charity, Melanoma New Zealand receives no Government funding, so we encourage everyone taking part to fundraise for us- up to and during the event. Doing this will support our much-needed education and awareness initiatives to ensure more New Zealanders understand the dangers and signs of melanoma. Funds will also go towards vital research and help us provide FREE spot checks via our Melanoma Spot Check Van.

Remember, if melanoma is recognised and treated early enough, it is almost always curable.

So why not run for a reason? Help us reach our vision for New Zealand of no deaths from melanoma by getting behind us.
